You will handle files in Corporate & M&A Law with a specific focus on transactional work.

My client is a Belgian independent Business Law Firm which advises Belgian & international companies on the legal aspects of their transactions, with 7 offices in Belgium: Brussels, Antwerpen, Gent, Hasselt, Kempen, Halle and Leuven.

The firm was recently created and already has a broad network of more than 4.000 clients thanks to the Consultancy company the firm is linked to, which counts more than 250 people.
